Key to relevant innovation will be to put the consumer experience central to the exercise. A good level of emotional intelligence (EQ) is needed to show empathy for consumer needs and pain points. Best results are obtained when we collaborate with the robot (IoT, AI) and develop close cooperation with our friends the humans (EQ).
